Shipping Shipping costs are not included in product prices and depend on your address, shipping method, and order value. For oversized or heavy items, additional shipping fees may apply. In case of any additional shipping charges you will be notified via email.
Lost or Damaged Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for loss or damage lies with the carrier. You will receive all necessary tracking and contact details to follow up directly with the shipping company.

Payments & Returns (EU)Visa, MasterCard and PayPal payments. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. Some payments may be held for up to 2 business days for verification. Certain banks use 3D Secure for online transactions (one-time verification code).

For online orders, a return or exchange must be requested within 14 days of delivery based on the tracking information. All returned items must be in their original conditions, complete with original packaging. Items returned in non-resalable conditions won't be eligible for a refund and will be sent back to the customer.
